Nancy Anne Volin, president and CEO of Pampered Pets USA, baked her first batch of homemade dog treats nearly 30 years ago—a simple oatmeal-based biscuit baked with a soft, light airy texture. Nancy has chef training, so she came up with a soft, human-grade treat that her family dog, Chauncy, would enjoy. The feedback from her friends and fellow pet lovers was so great that a local pet store started carrying them.
In March 1994, when she founded Pampered Pet Treats, Inc., Nancy Anne knew she was on to something big. At the time, the availability of all-natural pet treats was sparse, but the demand was growing. She had found her niche.
Founder, Nancy Anne, began working with veterinarians and nutritionists to create a line of tasty, healthy, wholesome dog treats. Knowing many pets have the same digestive and health issues as humans, she created treats that even dogs with sensitive stomachs could enjoy.
Tasty treats are vital to her business, so is their environmental impact. Pampered Pets USA sources its packaging from recycled plastic bottles. And, its treats are made in an American bakery that’s entirely solar-powered.

In 2011, Pampered Pets USA & Nancy Volin were featured on a segment on the Home Shopping Network.
In 2014, Pampered Pet Treats, Inc. and Nancy Volin were nominated by and awarded “Supplier of the Year for Supplier Excellence Women Business Enterprise” by Costco.
